At Your Beck & Call

The information desk is in THE MART’s South Lobby, below the Grand Stair. It is staffed each business day from 9am to 5pm. The concierge can answer questions regarding accessibility, the building, parking, and events, as well as assist you with restaurant and theater reservations or travel information.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

Ease Right In

THE MART has unbeatable public transit access with a dedicated CTA Brown Line stop in-building and Metra stations within a short walk. The garages of Mart Parc provide over 5,000 spaces within four blocks, and we are located moments from the Ohio Street ramp off 90/94.

RIVER PARK

Right on the River

On the southern side of THE MART you’ll discover River Park, a lush, 13,000 SF outdoor space situated directly on the Chicago River. Offering sparkling waterfront views and plentiful al-fresco seating, it’s the perfect spot for lunch, happy hour, or any occasion to get outside and soak up the sun. River Park is open for all to enjoy, and even serves as a picturesque event venue. Haworth is the premier furniture provider of the River Park.

MARSHALL’S LANDING

THE MART’s Masterpiece

Located atop the Social Stair, Marshall’s Landing is THE MART’s center of gravity for gathering, socializing, eating, drinking, noshing, caffeinating and working. The vibrant space features a world-class collection of furniture from top international designers, a grand bar, and a spectacular private dining room overlooking the Chicago River.

In-House Health Club

Conveniently located on the 2nd floor this members-only club offers a full suite of fitness, personal training, recovery stations, nutrition coaching, and a multi-sports simulator.

Expanded Tenant Space

Tucked behind Marshall's Landing, The Founder's Room is a beautifully adorned room exclusively for tenants of THE MART. The space is intimate with plush seating, a private bar and views overlooking the river. It is the perfect escape for intimate meetings, social gatherings and dining. Available after 5PM for up to 50 guests.
